Cause and Potential Solution

Voltage is under 75V

Voltage is over 145V

IGBT in short circuit, contact the seller for support.

Temperature sensor is defective. It may be caused by a concave

pot. Change pot and restart the induction process. If the

problem persists then contact the seller for support.

The unit may be damaged, contact the seller for support.

The cooking temperature is over 450 degrees Fahrenheit in the

EG TEMP mode. After the unit has cooled and switches to

standby mode then it can be restarted.

The unit has reached the max cooking time of 150 minutes.

Press POWER key to restart/resume cooking.

No suitable pot or no pot on the induction cooktop.

After pressing POWER key, press HEAT key to start the unit.
